APPLICATION PROCEDURE AND ALLOTMENT
Allotments will be made on a first come first serve basis upon receipt of the application and booking deposit and will be acknowledged with a payment receipt.
The company reserves the right to accept or reject any application without showing any reason.
 
PAYMENT & PAYMENT SCHEDULE
The allottee shall make all payments by bank drafts, pay order or check in favor of Confidence Builders Ltd.
Bangladeshi nationals residing abroad may remit payments in foreign exchange by TT or DD.
 
SIGNING OF DEED OF AGREEMENT
After the allotment the allottee will be notified to sign a Deed of Agreement with the company. The allottee shall sign the said deed within 30 (thirty) days of such notification.
After all dues have been cleared and the allottee has been furnished with an acknowledgement receipt for full payment , the shop/ office / amusement space /apartment will be transferred by observing due formalities thereof.
 
REGISTRATION & DOCUMENTATION CHARGES
The allottee for shop/office/amusement space /apartment shall pay the cost of stamp duties, registration fees, documentation charges, other legal and governmental duties, miscellaneous and incidental expenses likely to be incurred in connection with the Deed of Agreement, registration, deed of transfer of possession , transfer etc. In case any expenses in respect of VAT, tax, gain tax, incidental expenses, cost of stamp duty, cost of registration is made by the company for the benefit of the allottee, the allottee shall reimburse the same on receipt of notice from the company.
 
TRANSFER OF ALLOTMENT
Before the possession of shop/office/apartment /amusement space is not taken formally by paying all the dues ,the transfer of allotment ( in any form ) by the allottee to a third party shall not be allowed without the written consent of the company and without observing due formalities thereof.
 
CANCELLATION OF ALLOTMENT AND REFUND
The company reserves the right to cancel any allotment if the allottee after booking a space or after being issued an allotment letter fails to pay the subsequent installments within 90 days of the schedule date.
 
PROJECT SCHEDULE
The Confidence project is expected to be completed within the year 2010. 
The possessions of the Shop/Office/Amusement space/Apartment shall be handed over by the company to the allottee within the expected period after receiving full payment.
If for any reason beyond the control of the company, the implementation of the project is not possible and the project is declared abandoned, the company shall refund to the Allottee the booking money and all installments paid by the Allottee within 180 days from the announcement made to this effect and the Allottee shall not be entitle to any claim or compensation in this respect.
 
UTILITY CONNECTION CHARGES AND INCIDENTAL COSTS
Connection fees, Security deposits and Incidental expenses/charges relating to Gas, Water supply, Sewerage, Power connections are not included in the price of the Apartment.
All expenses incurred by the company on these accounts shall be reimbursed by the buyers to the company proportionate to their shall be reimbursed by the buyers to the company proportionate to their shares for internal connection only.
 
PARKING FACILITIES
There will be rental Car Parking facilities earmarked for the shoppers.
The Car Parking earmarked for the Office space, Apartment, Shop owners and others, shall be separate and shall be sold to interested Allottees on first come first serve basis.
